Returns and refunds

If something isn't right with your order, email us at sprayfreshn@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or leaking, or it isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Change of mind

Our sprays go in your mouth, so for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of opened or used bottles. Unopened bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us before sending anything and we'll give you the return address. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund the product price to your original payment method once the return reaches us.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. See our Cancellation policy for details.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be excluded, including rights to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.
