This policy covers subscribe and save and any other purchase option that bills you more than once.

What you agree to

When you choose a subscription, you'll be charged the price shown at checkout, at the frequency shown, until you cancel. We show the price, frequency and how to cancel before you confirm your order.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Cancel from your account on our site, or email sprayfreshn@gmail.com with your order number. Once cancelled, you won't be charged again.

Skipping, pausing or changing

You can skip a delivery, pause, or change your flavour or frequency before your next billing date from your account or by emailing us.

If you were charged after cancelling

If you're charged for a delivery you meant to cancel, email us before it ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, our Refund policy applies.

Price changes

We'll email you before any change to your subscription price, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll let you know and retry. If it can't be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
