1. Our products

freshn. is a cosmetic breath spray for freshening breath. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Read the label before use. If irritation occurs, stop using it. Keep out of reach of children.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available, using current exchange rates. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Offers such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free and the Full Set price are applied automatically in your cart. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose subscribe and save, you agree to be charged the subscription price shown at checkout, at the frequency shown, until you cancel. Before you buy, we show you the price, how often you'll be charged and how to cancel, and we ask you to confirm. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. See our Cancellation policy. We will tell you before any change to your subscription price.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient unless they were collected at checkout.

7. Our content

The freshn name, logo, photos, videos and text on this site belong to freshn. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

8. Reviews

If you submit a review, it must be your genuine experience with the product. You allow us to display it on our site and social channels. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don't pay for or invent reviews.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
